Throughout the sessions, you will gain insights into customers and markets, support in sharpening your business model, guidance on positioning, sales and marketing, and practical tools for building a market and growth plan that provides clear direction going forward.

The program consists of four modules:

1. Market understanding, strategy, and leadership
2. Business model and positioning
3. Marketing strategy and sales in practice
4. Presentation and implementation

The program combines strategy with hands-on practice. You will receive individual follow-up from experienced business developers, and you will meet other leaders who share experiences and challenges. The goal is for you to walk away with a complete plan that guides your future development.

Start: February 2026, with approx. one session per month
Price: NOK 40,000 per company (1–3 participants). For companies in the Næringshage program, the price is NOK 10,000.
