TEAL is moving to a new address on Finnøy, relocating to new offices just 200 meters from our current location. The move represents a deliberate commitment to maintaining a local presence in the island communities and brings us closer to partners and key professional environments. At the same time, the new premises create opportunities for further collaboration, increased activity, and new initiatives.

As part of the relocation, TEAL is now co-located with "Rogaland Havbrukspark" in the premises of "Finnøy Næringspark". With a permanent office presence on Finnøy, our day-to-day presence in the islands is strengthened, making it easier to stay close to partners and projects in the area. Co-location also provides practical benefits related to shared facilities, efficiency, and improved collaboration.
"Rogaland Havbrukspark" is an incubator and test arena for land-based aquaculture, supporting entrepreneurs and growth companies through testing, development, and commercialization of new marine species. Through co-location, collaboration between TEAL and the aquaculture park is further strengthened, creating better conditions for professional exchange, increased activity, and dialogue across environments.
Jan S. Grimstad will have a permanent office in the new premises on Finnøy and has also been appointed Acting Managing Director of "Rogaland Havbrukspark", with a temporary responsibility for contributing to increased activity and further development of the park. Jan highlights that co-location creates strong opportunities for collaboration and progress, and that he looks forward to combining his role in the aquaculture park with his work at TEAL.
For TEAL, maintaining a local presence in the island communities is a conscious choice. Finnøy is home to a strong business community within agriculture, aquaculture, and local food production, and being accessible where value creation takes place is important. TEAL’s role as coordinator of the Tomato Festival is one of several concrete examples of this commitment, illustrating how we work closely with producers, organizers, and the local community.
"With new offices in "Finnøy Næringspark", all conditions are in place for continued collaboration, new projects, and increased activity on Finnøy. This makes us more accessible and better positioned for close collaboration in the island communities moving forward,” says Tove Sivertsen, CEO of TEAL.
