Hanne F. Reilstad and Torstein Reilstad runs the farm with egg production, gourmet veal, sheep, and lamb, and has created a place where both the farm’s own products and goods from other local producers share the shelves. The shop is open most of the day and is built on trust, accessibility, and genuine commitment. Everything from daily farm operations to restocking shelves, bookkeeping, and maintenance is handled through a combination of family effort, tradition, and determination.
