We invited guests to a morning of insight, shared experiences, and great conversations - featuring customer stories, professional input, and new connections across different companies. The program ranged from regional marketing and quality labels to concrete development journeys, and the day became a meeting place for both familiar and new faces, with lively conversation and many new connections.

The program featured customer stories, presentations from Kompetansenettverk lokalmat, Region Stavanger, and Stiftelsen Norsk Mat, as well as an update from TEAL on how we work, the services we offer, and the projects currently underway.
The professional contributions provided both an overview and practical tools. Region Stavanger shared perspectives on regional marketing and how collaboration can help strengthen the region as a destination. Stiftelsen Norsk Mat gave insight into quality labels and protected designations, and why these can be important tools for producers who want to build clarity and added value in the market. Kompetansenettverk lokalmat presented their work for the local food sector and highlighted "besøksordningen" as a practical support measure for producers looking to develop their offerings, products, and market.
The customer stories offered a close look at different development journeys - from idea and pilot to strategy, prioritization, and the road ahead.
Lyngnes Gård, represented by Astrid Våga Johnsen, shared their journey with TEAL, where the advisory visit scheme, strategy, and business development have been key steps along the way. Skjørestad Dexter, represented by Jan Egil Skjørestad (together with Sigve Skretting), spoke about the process of organizing ideas and sharpening direction through strategic work. Sirdalsmat, represented by Kåre Todnem, highlighted the value of creating structure, sorting priorities, and what that means when taking the next steps. Blizbi, represented by Helene Austbø, shared the journey from idea to pilot in the region, and what is needed to test, learn, and develop a solution in practice. Tomatfestivalen, represented by Per Ove Rosland, gave insight into the festival work and TEAL’s role as festival coordinator.

It was a very enjoyable day with many exciting producers, great conversations, and several valuable meetings. Many participants made new connections, and it was clear that there is real value in meeting in person to exchange experiences, gain new perspectives, and explore opportunities together.
The day ended with a lunch made exclusively from local ingredients, along with plenty of time to mingle - rounding off a morning filled with insight and inspiration.
